buffers Most fronts are equipped with bi-material transparent / aluminium buffers to reduce noise when closing doors. For extra comfort, MOBALPA offers an “air stop” piston buffer option that simply screws to the inside of the unit carcass.

MOBALPA has chosen to equip its entire kitchen range with drawers of very high performance in terms of quality, good looks, practicality and safety: the OPTIMA DRAWER, which is exclusive amongst French manufacturers. PRACTICALITY, GOOD LOOKS AND COMFORT All our drawer sides are made of grey-lacquered varnished metal and engraved with the MOBALPA logo. Rear sides, fronts of internal drawers, runner railings and separators are also lacquered metal. Deep drawers are equipped at the rear with a raised back with round rails, facilitating maintenance and adjustment of the front. Exclusive design: All the sides of Mobalpa deep drawers are closed by translucent spacers clipped between the side and rail. Drawer bottoms are in very robust 16mm-thick melamine chipboard which is easy to clean, owing particularly to the rounded corners. They are also laminated at the front for complete protection when unclipping the front. The drawer sides envelop the runners, making them invisible. Dust cannot then accumulate and affect their movement, and drawers are more easily maintained. Drawers slide on real ball-bearing runners. They can hold a weight of up to 35kg for base units of depth 34, 58, and 63cm, and 65kg for base units depth 70cm. These runners allow the drawer to be opened completely relative to the unit carcass, offering accessibility to the interior. They are utterly silent, highly resilient and offer unsurpassed stability, for unlimited user comfort. They are fitted with an opening buffer, a closing air piston buffer (OPTIMA AIR STOP) that prevents the drawer from banging shut, making them very pleasant to use, and a pull-back system that stops drawers from being left slightly open. Drawer fronts are clipped on and drawers are pre-adjusted at the factory, making installation easier. The interior of the drawer also more easily cleaned. Side adjustment of the drawer front is carried out without tools via two pins underneath the drawer. Height adjustment of the drawer front is carried out via two screws inside the drawer.
The top drawers of base units and some storage unit drawers are fitted with adjustable partitions as standard for the storage of cutlery, utensils or whatever you wish. This system comprises tray cavities in grey to match the drawer with adjustable and removable partitions.
The number of partitions supplied depends on the drawer width: W 40: 2 partitions / W 45: 4 partitions / W 50: 4 partitions / W 60: 5 partitions W 80: 7 partitions / W 90: 9 partitions / W 100: 11 partitions Deep drawers are fitted with an adjustable divider system for the storage of bottles, saucepans or groceries (according to the height of the drawer). The system comprises 2 tubular dividers supplied with each drawer, and adjustable and removable partitions for bottles groceries. The number and nature of partitions supplied varies according to the height and width the drawer: Height 27cm Deep drawer W 40 to 50: 2 grocery partitions Deep drawer W 60 to 100: 4 grocery partitions Height 41 and 55cm Deep drawer W 40 to 45: 2 grocery partitions, 2 bottle partitions Deep drawer W 50: 2 grocery partitions, 3 bottle partitions Deep drawer W 60: 4 grocery partitions, 4 bottle partitions Deep drawer W 80: 4 grocery partitions, 6 bottle partitions Deep drawer W 90: 4 grocery partitions, 7 bottle partitions Deep drawer W 100: 4 grocery partitions, 8 bottle partitions
